Ohhhhh, I've heard this argument. Let me guess, he can just THINK it and it's done and declassified, with no process, no paper trail, no needing to involve anyone else.

I mean SCOTUS in 2020 said that “declassification, even by the president, must follow established procedures.” but that's probably just bull hokey that doesn't apply to him.
