    From Accurate Shooter dot com.

"Here’s a feel-good story. ELR ace Paul Phillips took his 9-year-old daughter Addison to the range this past weekend, to try shooting at 1000 yards. Guess what, Addison got hits at 1000! That’s impressive enough, but get this, Addison made those shots with a .22 LR rimfire rifle! Yes a .22 LR will fly that far — but it took a whopping 342 MOA of elevation and five seconds of flight time."

Talk about awesome. This is something that she will always have in her heart, the quality time spent with her Dad and Grandpa. World needs more reporting on this sort of thing.

A sight prism. They add significant moa adjustment capability to a scope. First time I have seen one outside of the military.

With a 22lr no less. Just when I was starting to feel good about my hundred yard groups. :faint:

MOA-based reticles aren’t new, but now Leupold is adding this option to its line of scopes with the introduction of the TS-32X1 reticle, a minute-of-angle (MOA) based system designed to allow for precision shots without the need for dial adjustments.

    Thanks. I had no idea.
Like using a mirror to slightly move the scope optics down-wards.
At some point, the barrel will get in the way of the prism looking down. ...hahaha
    At 1000 yards ... I wonder ....

Need a mountain in the background to pick out a rock in a high spot to use as a sighting point. LOL
