I'm not big on taunting. I'm not very excited about rules about it, I just wish people were mature enough to not do it.
I'm ambivalent about banning the horns down sign, but if they do they also need to ban the horns up sign.
But really, neither bothers me all that much. It's kind of a tradition - anti tradition thing. I would say for the most part, let both of them go.

I am so sick of this garbage. It’s one thing for an OU player to run up to a longhorn and give them the horns down but to just do it not being allowed? Horse crap. The rivalry is too good. That’s part of it. Much the same as when Texas plays their fight song and then at the end says “ Texas, Texas, OU Sucks”.
