Before I retired, the power plant had temps we had to work in that approached 140 degrees F.
You can hang meat in my house as cool as we keep it. I hate heat. Need a summer home in Alaska.
Well I was raised in deep southern CA so Ive had my fill of living in the heat. My lil place up in northern CA is at 7200ft, its just the opposite, I almost never run the AC it stays so nice and cool especially with the dark solar glass on both ends of my Aframe, but out here in Wagoner county even though we have some nice trees around our property the bigger shadier trees are on the south and west sides so with the heat hammering the east side until mid to late afternoon it just cant get cool enough for me here to be comfortable no matter how dark I keep it during the daylight hours in spring and summer.
