Thanks everyone for the help; I called Joe and he is super. it looks like it is low on refrigerant and Joe is going to help me with some.

If you were closer, I’d could diagnose it and tell you what’s up in a couple minutes. Equipment and Refrigerant is off the chart right now. That’s if you can find someone with some r-22 now. Fortunately I have a nearly full drum, but if it’s not an easy leak repair it may be time to bite the bullet and replace the system. The replacement refrigerants for 22 are junk IMO. There is one new one I have yet to try.
Joe is top notch!! He stopped by today and added 1.2 pounds of R22 and my A/C is working great; delta T is around 20 degrees now and the outside unit is expelling much warmer air. He recommended I get some brass caps to cover the valves so I go that done too. He said I could put his phone number on the forum so if anyone needs some A/C help, he is awesome.
