In a previous membership of a firearms messageboard, we had a thread dedicated to showing how we did at the range that day. Didn't see one here, so I figured I'd start one.

Today I went out to the range and brought 3 pistols with me. A S&W M&P40, a Sig P229 and My New Walther PPS M2. The middle target headshots were the M&P40, the middle target center mass shots were the Walther PPS M2's first shots out of the box and the left and right target headshots were the P229. All shots were at 10 yards. The Sig and the S&W I've shot many times before, but the little Walther really surprised me. I had never shot a microcompact pistol before today, and was expecting it to be very snappy and difficult to control, but it was the exact opposite even with double and triple taps. I've never been a trigger snob before and would often buy pistols even though many reviewers complained about their triggers, probably because I had never really felt a nice one. This trigger felt really nice! I really like this pistol and if it's any indication of what I can expect from Walther, will be buying another one really soon.

I'm no expert marksman, and many people here can undoubtedly do much better, but I'm happy with how I shot today, and really happy with the Walther. As soon as I get my Crossbreed Minituck, it's going to be my EDC

I try to go every Saturday
Looks like the rounds went where they should have. Walther makes a great handgun and their PDP series have some of the best triggers on the market.
Thinking about getting a PDP compact next payday... Been wanting to try out a red dot, but don't have any pistols cut for one...that's my excuse to get one.

Didn’t shoot today but shot a round of sporting clays yesterday and hit 55/100. I have been in a rut shooting clays and can’t seem to get it corrected.

I have 3 PDP's and they are one of my favorite pistols and also my edc. There's one for sale in the classifieds right now that's a good deal, and I am considering selling one of mine since I really don't need 3...lol

Went out to zero the 300 blackout with 150gr fmj and try out my new deathgrip tripod. One hole at 50 yards. Waiting on the 220gr otm subsonic for real accuracy test

Due to availability/being discontinued, I’m transitioning from my load with 165 gr Corelokt bullets to one that uses 110 gr blem bullets (probably an AMax), and I sighted in my Aimpoint Micro on the combo gun this afternoon. I still have A BUNCH of the Corelokts, but I’m going to save them for just deer hunting.
