How can I buy deer tags w/out a hunting license?
To clarify this is for hunting land that I own.

I just want tags and not a hunting license. Is that different than what you do?I buy my licenses online, and the ODWC website is easy to navigate and self explanatory.
I have not had hunter safety but I am 50+ and I think that exempts me. Right?I do the same thing you are asking. If you go online and select the tags you want, it will bring you to a page that asks you to confirm you are only going to hunt on land you live upon full time. After you click the box, you can go ahead and purchase the tags themselves but not a license.
Have you had hunter safety or are otherwise covered?
You can go to any vendor who sells them and purchase them. Did this for my wife for years until she was old enough to purchase a senior citizen license. Hope you tag a giant. To clarify you must also be a resident of Oklahoma and own the land in Oklahoma. How can I buy deer tags w/out a hunting license?

Yes sir, you’re exempt from hunter safety, and you don’t have to buy a “general“ hunting license to hunt deer. Are you intending to hunt with a rifle or archery equipment?I have not had hunter safety but I am 50+ and I think that exempts me. Right?
I am not a skilled hunter therefore I will use a rifle. Archery equipment is for skilled hunters and in my opinion a true hunt. I would be deer sniping and not hunting.Yes sir, you’re exempt from hunter safety, and you don’t have to buy a “general“ hunting license to hunt deer. Last time I tried to do this at my local walmart it did nothing but confuse the employee who stated that I can't do that. LOLYou can go to any vendor who sells them and purchase them.
