Here's today lunch. It was pretty good. It was my first time at making cheap noodles. 1 package Thai Kitchen Instant Rice Noodles - Green Onion flavor (Not Ramen, but they are Gluten-Free so it agrees with my diet.) 1 egg 1/4 cup green onion 2 Tbsp of burn your ass jalapeno pepper jelly Some Hot-flavored peanuts that I found buried in the cabinet I boiled everything per directions. Drained the water to about 25% of initial volume. Added season packages and extra crap. Topped with peanuts. I give it a 7 of 10. Better than a sandwich.
