This begs the question - what do overweight guys do? I'm losing weight, but still considerably overweight. I have tried it in the 4:00 position, but as I don't have my SDA license yet I haven't gone out of the house with it, so I have no idea how it would work full time.

The best method of carry for us more "robust" fellers is obviously OWB style.

However...

If OWB still doesn't work for you, I suggest a Smith & Wesson J frame in a pocket holster.

I know, I know...a lot of guys will tell you that pocket carry is the absolute worst method around. BUT. Pocket carry does cover Rule #1.

Bring a gun!

A 5 shot revolver in the pocket trumps a 17 shot bottom feeder lying at home in the sock drawer.

Again, if you are unfamiliar with "The Rules" please click on my signature to get aquainted with them. ;)

3:30'ish... I'm with the guy on the comfort with the love handles thing... have to adjust it occasionally, but that's only after sitting for an extended period of time, ala eating or driving.
