How do you use the restroom while carrying?

Use "one hole'rs" and call it good. I avoid places with multiple stall bathrooms. Granted it this isn't always possible.

When carrying, I always go into a stall regardless. Have never had to unholster or had a problem keeping a firearm secure.

When just taking a leak, I dont unbutton my pants, I just use the zipper, no problem. When doing the number 2 I remove the holstered gun and place it on top of the toilet lid or whatever is available. But be carefull to not forget it. That actually happened with one of the security officers at the Capitol recently, went to take a dump and left their gun in the stall for the next person to find. lol

Really? I thought that was the official cover-up story.

#1 - zipper

#2 - I usually try to use a place that I know has private stalls (like the recently remodeled McDonalds or many Olive Gardens), but I prefer that the upper part of my pants don't touch the ground anyway, so they stay just below the knee. I carry an XD45 OWB and have never had an issue in stalls.
