It happens that I have read up on the Electoral College, but I can always learn more. I am a delegate in the Oklahoma GOP and served to elect our Electors in CD5, to support Rick Santorum. You're right about the billion thing too. Sometimes I just get started using the hot-pen method and don't proof read as I should. As a Ron Paul supporter and a delegate to the Oklahoma State GOP Convention, I understand the corruption thing, first hand. Oklahomans elected Rick Santorum and after he dropped out, the delegates were free to support any candidate they liked. Throughout the Convention process, both the Ron Paul and Rick Santorum supporters experienced the wrath of what the $2,000,000 Mitt Romney gave Governor Fallin two days before the State Convention. Both of these candidates were completely shut out when Oklahoma and Tulsa Counties were stacked with several hundred Romney supporters who bypassed the lengthy delegation process and were credentialed after delegation registration was closed, to ensure that a Romney slate was going to the national convention. YouTube has hours of footage from the District and State conventions that show it all. I'm with you that the nation has all but ended and the cesspool has more than begun. I believe we've already gone over the manufactured 'fiscal cliff' and all that's left is to wait for the blue-helmets. I am hopeful that most Oklahomans who value the Constitution will make a big fuss all the way.
