I got mine online. Like last year, the transaction showed immediately on my online license. It even has a transaction number and says to print it until your stamp shows.
Unfortunately my Apple computer doesn't interface with the the ODWC site well or something as im 0 for 2 in getting the transaction to print. However I did get an electronic copy emailed to me.
Last year I got my stamp in 8 days. This year my stamp still hasn't shown.
What I've done is save the email and screen shot the e-license, so I have two forms of proof on my phone....which I have on me at all times anyway. I'm pretty sure the warden can look it up too, so that would make it three forms of proof.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I didn't spend $30 to sit on the sidelines as the Federal gub'ment screws up in one form or another getting something to me. I have proof of purchase, and I'll wager it keeps me out if hot water.
