Put our home up for sale today. How many days do ya'll think it'll take to sell?

Gonna move to 10 acres over in Lincoln county with what I'm affectionately calling "the wait it outhouse" on it. Built in 1918 this little beauty has 4 rooms with a total of 780 sq. ft.of living space. A bathroom added on sometime after indoor plumbing was invented making it 5 rooms. Going to stay in it til we get something built or pulled in. The place looks like heaven to me. I made crazy but it keeps me from going insane!

Your home might go quicker for more than the asking price....it seems to be the trend lately....

Everyone I know personally who has sold homes recently has gotten at or above asking price within 24 hours.

I'll go 7 days or less. If you call those Chinese dudes you'll be moving tomorrow and your neighbors will hate you.
