Have another showing at 4:30 PM today. Got the Pecan trees trimmed up and the flowerbed under them done awhile ago. Best I can do cause of that ice storm. Ya'll should of seem em while I was working on them when it was cold. Or maybe you did. We're going to our realtors office to discuss the offer from last night while our home is being shown. Gotta get ready to get outta here so we can show it.....again.

Went in and counter offered then ordered our supper to take home. Told our realtor to tell theirs we don't have to sell, the place is paid for. We can just move our things back and stay. So please get serious it you want to buy the place. Countered back with full asking price. Just got word they signed the contract! Started showing the house on Saturday....under contract on Tuesday....not bad, not bad at all.

Got a little push mowing done around the new place. Had to knock down the 5ft Johnson grass first. Spread a bunch of bug killer and bought those 4 small ACs and put them in the side windows. That big one in the front is an old 220 unit that I don't trust. Them 4 cools the little place off real nice.
Have a closing date for our home on August 27th. Took so long that we decided to let our contract on the 10 acres expire because the farmer was talking about needing more money for it which I was afraid would happen. A fella should always have a plan B so we signed a new contract for 16 ACRES! Closing date for it is on or before September 10th. What a long strange trip it's been.
