How much water do you drink a day?

Before that I drank mostly juice. Even when I drank pop all the time as a teen/early 20s....I still drank a ton of water as well. I understand heavy pop drinkers like my friends more than the folk here who drink almost no semi-refreshing liquid. That blows my mind. If I could only have coffee and beer with no water I'd stop drinking coffee drink a beer in the morning and be begging for an IV in 3 days. I can't touch coffee in the morning before a glass or two of water. Dehydrates me worse than anything, alcohol comingin second.</p></blockquote><p></p>
