Control? The government can inject all citizens with a chip as small as a grain of rice to ensure the gov’t has an accurate count of US citizens. If you don’t have a “chip” you are persona non grata and would be unable to purchase necessities for life until you allowed the gov’t to inject a chip in your arm. And, the government could have a program daily on TV that would be played several times so that everyone would be able to view the propaganda. They could keep track of viewers much like the Neilson Company that uses in-home devices to track viewers. Nothing would be private.
