Our walmat said they stopped selling it by the brick, and applied the 3-box limit to the 50rd boxes. That shut the scalpers down in a hurry. In short time there are piles of 50rd boxes on the shelves and no limit. Apparently it was not worth getting up at 2am and sitting in walmart for hours for 150rds.
I'm very happy for the change, as I'm sure everyone else is. I actually turned down the opportunity to buy a bunch of .22 at Walmart last week. I finally have enough that I'm not overly concerned about having some for my next range trip. I need to start stocking up on .223, .40 and 7.62x39.

I'm glad that I can actually buy .22WMR now. I went into Academy the other day, and the end cap was full of many different kinds of CCI 22 mags. Happy happy happy

Yes they do, it is presently sold out, but what a great price for a shooter.
I saw an sks for $275 at the gun show last weekend. People were trying to get $500 for a beat up norinco not too long ago.
