Actually, even the wife doesn't operate a grill. We got tired of hauling one around in our RV travels and she got tired of cleaning the dumb thing after cooking all the time.
And, since I do consume meat, I do have credibility. Try serving me a rare steak and see what happens...

How else would you knock the chill off a steak fresh outta the fridge? You probably don't realize rare is not straight from the fridge.
