Do you have reading comprehension issues? How you got a proposition out of what I typed is mystifying LOL, besides that you are younger than my kids and that would just be weird!!! Yes you can get HIV without having sex ,but then it would have not been sexually transmitted now would it........ And had you been able to join the service you would know better than volunteering for anything!!!
