If a gun shop has a no loaded firearm sign that prohibits people from carrying a loaded firearm, is an issue, don't go in, or ask about his intentions. However, I can understand an owner of gun shop not wanting a loaded gun being handed in his store. A proper sign may read all personal firearms must be holstered or in a case at all times. Mistakes happen and you are in an environment that allows you to "play" with a firearm. Mistakes happen to the most trained and careful people. Like the LEO the recently shot himself in the leg when reholstering his pistol in a gun shop. Remember, you are in his place of business and he doesn't know you from Adam, if he doesn't want someone he doesn't know fumbling around with a loaded weapon, that's his right as a shop owner. It's your right as a consumer to do business where you like. No need to be offended.
