Just as heavy as a 1911, and msrp over $1100. It won't be replacing my Glocks any time soon.
It is a bit hard to get to excited about new guns anymore. Gonna take something pretty cool to drag us all away from our Kimbers, Colts and Glocks, Springfields and Smiths.
I don't think it's meant to "replace" Glocks. It's a bridge between the 1911 world and the Polymer, combat world.
If someone thinks their Glock is the standard; they won't appreciate what this gun is offering.
Upon further review, of the reviews. My delicate little trigger finger shall wait a bit to see how the general masses take to this gun. I always try to open my mind when a new revolutionary design is released, but at my age it might just be me and 'ol J.M. Browning till death do us part....
A 1911 style trigger on a polymer framed pistol that accepts an RMR would get my attention.
