If anyone knows of a small lease let me know . Lease in Hanobia changed hands and have not heard back from the folks taking it over.
Lease would be for me and my son.
Can fix fence, build gates , not scared to trade work for the privilege .

Haven’t checked materials in awhile. My fence building days are mostly done.
I was referring to the amount of work to install 1/4 mile of fence actually.

So Yesterday I get a text message ...............It is the folks that took over the lease , I am in bidness!! Whew thought I was going to be hunting in my dreams at this point . Lease went up less than $100 and the folks that took it over are right there .
