I went to my grandsons soccer game yesterday. The parking lot is a major cluster. I was backing my pickup into a spot when a pickup pulled up beside me, going the wrong way, stopped and lady ran up and opened the door. With kids running everywhere, I immediately, looked at her, and for kids, and took my eyes off my backup camera for a second. That was it, my receiver spike hit the car behind me.
I put a hole in the bumper cover. The lady was in her car, she got out and said she saw me look over at the pickup because she did the same thing. I gave her my insurance, she was not mad, I must of said I was sorry a hundred times. She said that she would try to find the cheapest place to get it fixed and would give me a call to see if it would be cheaper for me to just pay for the repair versus my insurance going up.
