So do some research on these things....

My understanding from the "pros" seems to be that an adjustable BCG is like a last ditch effort...
A well tuned AR would be tuned going top to bottom. Even the adjustable gas blocks are in reality a band aid for those unable to properly tune via port size and/or buffer spring/weight.

1) Ideal port size
2) Ideal buffer spring/weight
3) Adjustable gas block
4) Adjustable BCG

I like the fact that with an adjustable gas block you have less carbon gasses going back to the bcg, which means less fouling. I know with mine it wasn't that dirty after its first 100 rounds. Got it tuned so that the kick is down to .22lr range. Even worked flawlessly with my binary. The only problem I had was the first rounds I put through the rifle it wouldn't lock back, but I think that was due to low quality .223 instead of using 5.56. After it shot a few times it started to work just fine and I was able to dial it down.
