Downsized and gave up my three car garage. New yard is pretty small but Mrs dlbleak said I can go as big as I want within Edmond code which is 200 feet with 8 foot sidewalls. I won’t go that big but looking at 10x15 interior. So, approximately 11x16 exterior with 7 foot sidewalls. The prefab units require 3 foot of working space, and while that is convenient, I don’t want to give up quite that much yard. The lot behind us hasn’t sold so the fence panels could be taken down if needed. Plus I might be able to talk to the neighbors to see if we could take those down for a day to get siding up. The style will craftsman to match the house. I can paint, insulate and rock it. It will be a hangout as much as a shed. If anyone is interested please pm me Thanks
