I need a detailed drawing showing where to drill the trigger pin holes and safety level hole on an 80% lower. Or if anyone has a jig I could borrow or rent. My lower is aluminum. Thanks.

I assume you do not have any lower that is finished.

I measured a lower I did.

I do not know if that helps or not.
I must have touched a button my typing looks slanted :)

Purchase or rent a jig to do this. Without a jig or CNC machine that you can operate you will end up with a lump of worthless aluminum. There are hundreds of jigs to choose from.

I have a jig you can use. Im in Newkirk, not far from ya. Just get with me sometime & come up & we can drill it out.

It does take time, but I'm getting better & faster now. I can get an 80%er finished from start to finish in about an hour & 45 minutes to 2 hours.
The first one I did took me about 3.5 hours.
