    My guess is an old BDA Sig. That grip hump is huge

    Shot in (almost) the dark here, but that looks like a Zastava model 99 pistol, which is made in some region/country of the former Yugoslavia.
    Some of the pistols made by Zastava are called the model "CZ-xx" which is kind of confusing, as I believe they are NOT made in the Czech Republic and are NOT the "CZ" brand pistols that's I'm familiar with.
    The Zastava CZ-99 looks like a copy of the SIG 226, but with ambidextrous decocking levers on both sides of the pistol.
