Would you be interested in having an IDPA match at the Okc gun club if approved by the the board?
You already know my vote but I will put it here also.
We are not getting very many responses. I hope that there will be more responses. It will talke a bunch of people to help keep this match running RO's SO's match directors etc. I hope that it will tae off.
I am interested as you already know. we probably just need to keep this thing bumped up to the top for a few days so every one will see it.
out of 25,422 members on this forum I would think more than 8 people would be interested to shoot.
Tomorrow is orientation for me. So after that you can add me to the list.

Would you have to be a member of the GC to participate in a match? I hope not.
Curiosity question: Do you intend to use the SASS range (the one used for USPSA, Steel Challenge, ICORE, SASS).
Then what gets thrown out of the schedule to allow IDPA, since the range is now in use every weekend?
Or do you intend to use a new/different range?
P.S. I am all in favor of more IDPA matches, just wondering about the logistics issues.
And for those of you who can still afford both gasoline and ammo, we still shoot IDPA 2nd Saturday at ITPSC. http://www.itpsc.net
No you don't have to be a member to shoot any of the matches.
In theory the club is large enough to run 2 matches at the same time too. So it may overlap with one of the cowboy matches. I'd give it a try if it were local to me.
I'm very interested in IDPA, but OCGC is pretty far. If I had somewhere more local, I might be willing to travel to OCGC from time to time for matches.
The 3rd Sunday is the same day as icore. I've never been to one I don't even own a revolver. Whats the turn out on that usually like?
