IDPA Saturday February 23rd Oil Capital R&GC

IDPA match at Oil Capital on Saturday 23rd. Set-up begins at 0730, sign-in at 0900 and walk-thru promptly at 1000. Match fee is $12 ($10 for OCR&GC members). Expect 100 required rounds, or so, for the six stage match.

As far as a Classifier following the match, it will depend on shooter request. We did hold one after the February 10th match. Likely there will be one after this match too.

In answer to an email or two:

Yes, we are definitely shooting the match on Saturday the 23rd. No, the bays are not muddy because our stage bay floors are gravel and graded to drain away quickly.

Thanks to all for making the match. The decent weather for February gained appreciation by all. Quite a bit of good shooting going on, with considerable sparing of the NT’s. Paul B took low score on all six stages.

A Classifier attended by 9 followed the main match. You can expect Classifiers to follow both March matches, assuming the weather favors us. There will be yet another Classifier, on a TBA non-match date.

The next Oil Capital IDPA match is Sunday March 10th.
