I think the 5 billon dollars could have came from drug money or a bank robbery with marked bills.
You must specify during a wish 5 billion legal and free dollars.

Now my wish: To be able to speak read and write and understand all languages.
That is to include extra terrestrial.

I wish that every human that identifies with the democratic party was to disappear .. Poof vanishes off the face of the earth with no pain or suffering.. Imagine that, the most powerful elites gone.. Hollywood, pro ball, majority of the minorities.. Population reduced to a much more friendly level.. Gun laws brought down and returned to the hayday of moons ago.. I’d wish for world peace n stuff. No I wouldn’t. I’d wish for someone in a bind to get my wish. No I wouldn’t. I’d probably wish for a do-over like Drury said but, I would want to know everything I know now. I most definitely wouldn’t wanna be the same person trying to learn stuff that I have been this far.
