Deer and turkey mainly but would appreciate as much game as possible. Would want year round access but not to go drive around and drink beer. In the off season of deer and turkey, I wouldn't mind shooting some hogs if they're on the property. If you have wheat with geese, I like to hunt those also but after deer season. Off season would really be used to check trail cams and keeping feeders full.
I AM A TROPHY HUNTER REGARDING BUCKS! I will shoot a couple does for meat but I haven't shot a buck in literally 6 years bc I haven't seen a buck big enough to shoot and that includes my hunts in Alberta every year if that tells you anything. Fishing access would be cool to to bring my wife and kiddo.
At the end of the day, I'm a good lessee and would respect the farm and help out to get mature deer on the property. Feel free to call me to talk.
