I own a Henry Acu-Bolt rifle that came with a Henry branded (El Cheapo) 4x scope,,,
The scope is brushed silver in color to match the stainless steel of the rifle.

Never the less, it's one of my favorite plinking rifles,,,
With standard velocity ammo (even with my old eyes) it's almost a 1-MOA rifle.

I recently ordered the kids version of the rifle, a Mini-Bolt,,,
They used to come with the same scope but don't anymore.

Anyways, I have been looking for a scope for the Mini-Bolt,,,
Since I want it to match the Acu-Bolt I need a silver colored scope,,,
I haven't had any luck in finding one that wasn't way to large for the Mini-Bolt.

So, I went a different route,,,
I'm taking the Henry scope off the Acu-Bolt and mounting it on the Mini-Bolt.

Today I ordered a silver colored Simmons .22 Mag 3-9x32 for the Acu-Bolt,,,
I have a identical scope in black mounted on a Savage Mk-II,,,
It's proven to be a decent scope so I have confidence in it.

So now both of my Henry's will have scopes,,,
And still look like Mommy/Daughter guns.

The Acu-Bolt truly is a very precise shooting rifle,,,
Maybe I can hit that 1-MOA mark with the scope upgrade

Sometimes it works out that way.
I had a Nikon 3-9x40 buckmaster and the smallest group my .308 would shoot was .75"
Because I was trying to hold on the center of the large + yes that shape +
But the scope crosshairs would cover 3/4" at 100 yards. so 3/4" was best I could do.

I got another scope that covered 1/4" at 100 smaller reticle I shot groups in the .3" area after that. much better.

Then a guy told me do not hold on the target as you will cover it up.
Hold the edge of the reticle /crosshairs on the edge of the lines on the target.. WOW that worked much better.
It will put you right on the money every time.
