That single speed gear box is weird. I kept waiting for a gear change but he just throttles it a bit then lets off and coasts for a while then throttles it a bit more.

Sorry, Mac, I'm not trying to be snarky here, but Allen Millyard is a mechanical genius on an order of magnitude not often seen in this world. Check out some of his YouTube videos on things like his 5.0 liter V-Twin "Flying Millyard" motorcycle, or his downhill racing bicycle. The really incredible thing about all this is that he builds all this stuff in a shed in his backyard.
