I ordered one from GrabAGun. It shipped today but sadly I won't get it till mid February. Local FFL said they'd hold em for me. Won't be home till Feb 13 or so. Gonna pit it against my S&W M&P 22 Compact to see which one is better...

500 rounds through mine now. I like it better than my M&P compact primarily for the size.
The G44 and it’s magazine fit G19 hoisters and pouches. The sights interchange so I can run the same sights on both guns. The M&P interchanges with..... nothing that I’m aware of.

I still like the M&P, but I like the G44 better. And I’m a M&P guy.

Well I just got back from the range and I put The Glock 44 through it paces.

Listed below is what I shot:
200 rounds of Winchester SuperX 40 grain hollow points
100 rounds of Blazer Brass 40 grain
100 rounds of Aguila 40 grain
The G44 ate every single one with NO hiccups.

This gun is a blast to shoot. Even though it's pretty light, It has next to no recoil what so ever.
I can see me using it a lot to train with and to teach my grandson to shoot.
So much better than my 1911 22lr pistols.

The only down fall to it is that I had to stop a lot and reload the 10 round magazines. But it was worth it. I will be getting more mags here in the very new future.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I give the new Glock 44 a 10+.
I absolutely love this gun.

Can you tell me if the G44 manual says ok to run HV rounds through it? Bought 5k Aguila HVSP 40gr for my m&p before I bought the glock. Hope I dont need to buy another 5k especially for the G44

Both guns will shoot and handle ANY .22 LR you'll find on the market.. From the fastest to the slowest but the slowest subs won't cycle the action.. Some of the mid range will though..

The Aguila Super Extra Standard Velocity will not run in mine. CCI standard velocity seems to, but I need to put more through it. I think the Aguila Super Extra High Velocity should be fine. I’ve primarily ran CCI mini-mags through my gun so far.

Ok I got this. https://www.sportsmansguide.com/pro...extra-22lr-hvsp-40-grain-500-rounds?a=1837104

Its HV not standard. I know it works in my M&P 22 Compact so hope it should work in the G44. Time will tell though
