Remington GB's used to be bad a few years ago. They put out some bad lots. I still have some that I'm slowing shooting up which routinely have ftf's mixed in. They're about all gone now and I hear the new models are up to snuff.

I hope they have fixed them. At our range we have a dud container. The majority is Rem GB's. Hopefully its the old stuff.

I have some newer and some thats years old in my stash and they dont all shoot, have a few ftf's here and there- pistols and revolvers mainly, but rifles do ok with them especially my old Winchester Model 290 rifle that shoots just about anything out of it.

I just found a few dusty boxes of CCI Velocitors I had stashed.

Our local ammo gauging pecker woods are still active and not letting up anytime soon down here in Lawton. We don't have gunshows that often and I don't see how this behavior pays them for their time.

Just today I got all excited about American Eagle for $2.19 a box,,,
But there was a catch,,,
40 round boxes.

Still, that put 36 grain high velocity at 5.5 cents per round,,,
In today's market that's not too bad a price.

I bought a brick just to see if it will cycle my semi-auto pistols,,,
If so I'll probably buy some more as it seems available there quite often.

I haven't seen any Mini-Mags for a long time,,,
And my preferred Federal Bulk Packs are still non-existent.

I'm going to the range again this weekend,,,
I'll report on how the American Eagle performs in my semi's.
