A dealer I purchase guns from has one and six ordered.

I will wait a few years for the hype to die down and prices to come down.

Last I looked he listed on Gunbroker for $2300 to see what happens.

Again I'll wait and shoot my new Colt SAA pistols I purchased from him.

I watched the above Hickok45 video last night and was a little surprised that the cylinder locked up once or twice on the new production Python......for those wanting one hopefully Colt will get the bugs worked out.

Home on vacation from working overseas I purchased a new 6" blue Python in late 77' and then after retiring my suitcases to the attic in early 81' I ordered a new 6" nickle......probably never put more than 300 rounds through the blue gun and never fired the nickle but I liked to take it out and drool over it once in awhile.

Figured since they weren't seeing any range time it was time to let them go so in the early 2000's I sold them both for a tidy profit and bought a Goldwing which I got a lot more use out of than I did with the Pythons.

Both were beautiful well made guns but I don't regret selling them and I'm not in the market for another one.
