I think it would have been tumbling if it were. I would have some conversations with the neighbors in that direction.

You would think if it was a ricochet it would have a flat spot on it somewheres that i dont see but anything is possible.

So it came in at an upward angle? Maybe someone skipped it off water downhill from there. That would explain the pristine condition and lack of energy, but why it was going up instead of coming down. If it only made it through composite siding and some drywall and then bounced off the next thing it hit then it had to be going pretty slowly. I would get on google earth and look for ponds maybe a few hundred yards from there.
