Ok, long story short, we built our home about 14 months ago with Shaw Homes in BA. We are currently fighting with the warranty department regarding our bathroom and want to get some opinions. So if we take a shower, steam builds up around the trim and darkens the paint. You can even see the drywall tape and screw heads. As it dries, it stays dark and looks like water damage. They say this is completely normal and acceptable. In our opinion it's not. I've attached a few pictures to show you guys and want to see what you think. Are we justified or being unreasonable? When I can get on a computer I will post more details. Sorry for the poor quality pictures, it's just hard to truly capture
