Dr Thomas Tkach does knees at McBride, he's good, probably the best. And he is an avid hunter.
Actually that's who I'm planning to call if Dr. Holden can't get me in quick. They worked together to do my dad's knee replacement and he really liked Tkoch.
I had an acl repair 30 years ago and Holden got me almost back to 100%

For pain I really like...nah-prox -in.
You were really close--just drop the "h" and change the "i" to "e." "Naproxen."

@CHenry: Sorry to hear of your misfortune. I hope you get the best of care and get back in the game soon--and I agree, heads should roll for this. It was a totally avoidable workman's comp case.

Tkach owns the place, i don't know if the father is still involved but Tom's eldest son is now in the business as well. Hope they get you fixed up ASAP

Man,

What a bummer...... I hope you heal fast... stay away from the pills.
Took one pill and no relief.
My THC vape is what's working best for the pain and I just got a medical card 2 weeks ago. Say what u want about marijuana but when the pain is this excruciating and hydrocodone doesn't touch it and the THC does...well.
Enough said

Sorry to hear about the injury. It’s going to be a long healing process.

Curious how you landed to break your leg.

Did your employer do a drug test? My employer would have, especially with that kind of injury.

My employer would do a drug test then ask me how I could have prevented it. Their motto is "There are no unpreventable accidents, you can control all of it".

CHenry...

Document...document....document. Start RIGHT NOW....did I mention document.

Especially others who had those same accidents.

Keep the documented information to yourself until needed(attorney)...then give the necessary people a COPY of your documentation.

Document now while it's fresh in your memory....especially if you can dates and time and how this has happened before(write down names of others).

Again....tell no-one about your documentation except your fiduciary.
