I shot the missing ones from my 1:9 twist Savage axis in .223.
They did not group as well at 200 yards as the 55gr Flat base V-max and they had much more drop.
69gr Tipped Match King.. BC .375
75gr Hornady BTHP.. BC .395 I also tried those.
I checked seating lengths..The 75gr seats the same length as my 60gr Hornady V -Max.
That would be 2.307" to be .010" off the lands.
The 69 Tipped match Kings will be much longer 2.380"
The Axis magazine has room to spare, even that long and it loads just fine from the magazine.

I shot them all to 500 yards and the 55gr V-Max Dropped less and grouped tighter.
Then I began testing 55gr V-Max on meat for penetration before I went hunting with it.
I was very impressed and so i stayed with the 55gr.

A good bit if interesting reading.

I have not tried them in my AR with 1:7 twist though. It also likes the 55gr.
