The educational system on a national level has been actively Dumbing Down the education of American students for decades . We are 2-3 generations down the road of purposefully Dumbing Down through the public "GOVERNMENT " school system. Hence the huge Home School movement started in the 70-80's, and some private schools. Academics, teaching how to think,analyze using factual based information to reach sound conclusions ( w/ Christian morels & ethics as needed) is not only not taught any longer, but actually ridiculed by progressives NEA leadership.
Did you know American History now starts at the Civil War ! Students are not taught of our Founding Fathers, their devotion to God, and country. What do students have to be proud of? They are De-Nationalized. America is not so special. These programmed Dumb Downed students ripe to become good global citizens , never ever realizing they are gradually ( Fabian ) loosing all their Freedoms & Liberties to the Progressive Socialists in government today, both elected and unelected.
End goal, get familiar with what WHO ( World Health Organization/ UN ) is meeting in Geneva for ( to take away the Sovereignty of any country that signs on. Simultaneously, the Davos group, meeting in Davos,Switzerland, ( read The WEF ) has accepted WHO's request to be subservient to the WEF's command .
It's all happening this week . Former president Bush 1 referred to it as The New World Order (NWO)
It's on fast track to be implemented, and SMART CITIZENS get in the way, so the foundation of DUMB CITIZENS has been laid down now for a few generations, as planned.

There is a whole genre of videos like this. You can find them about young people, democrats, republicans, Americans, Europeans....basically anyone you want. The format is simple: go ask people until you find the most clueless amongst them, and then only show the worst of the worst.

Generalizing a group based on videos like these is maybe not the best way to form opinions. If we want to say "gosh those people in the video were not the sharpest knives in the drawer" then sure. But to extrapolate to an entire population segment based on this is, in my opinion, a bad idea.

Yeah, this kind of video is good for entertainment, but that’s about it. I remember seeing an interview with Pat Sajak back in the day, and the interviewer asked him about people vapor locking and missing simple solutions. He said something to the effect of solving the puzzles being simple while you’re sitting in your easy chair, but when you threw in the lights, cameras, and studio audience, it suddenly wasn’t easy at all.

I’ve heard people (with whom I generally agree) say some really dumb things, and it wasn’t because they’re stupid or their generation is completely useless—it was just because they flubbed what they intended to say, and just happened to be saying it into a microphone.
