Jack rabbits needed

I used to duck hunt around loyal years ago. My spot was about 2 1/2 miles of dirt road off of the blacktop. There were jackrabbits everywhere on the way in. Then one year they just kinda disappeared. They are coming back though. I was out that way about a year ago and saw quite a few.

Are you referring to the Loyal Hitchcock road as a blacktop? For all the years I lived around there I wouldn't even call it a road. It was more like a series of craters interrupted by a few pieces of blacktop.
