    Rick, I so wish you had called me before this. I would have told you that Louisiana Hot Sauce is best for eggs. Tabasco is best on red meat and bean dishes.

    Green salsa is best on eggs. Tabasco and Louisiana hot sauce is best for those with no huevos

    Louisiana hot sauce is a staple in the kitchen, a bottle at work, in the truck, BoB, shop and garage toolbox... just goes with everything.

    Lost my flavor for Tabasco a few years ago. Stopped being spicy, started tasting like South Carolina BBQ to me.

    Found a good replacement for it though... been digging Texas Pete hot sauce for a bit. Always good, a real slow burn that stays for a while.
