Gotta try it ..I had quite a few pounds of oranges and could not give all of them away and found an orange Pie recipe.
It is as good as lemon pie.
Lasagna or Lasagne is a flat wide noodle.. make it the way you wish.

It dates back to the 14th-century Liber de Coquina (The Book of Cookery). It bore only a slight resemblance to the later traditional form of lasagne, featuring a fermented dough flattened into thin sheets (lasagne), boiled, sprinkled with cheese and spices, and then eaten with a small pointed stick.

That to me sounds pretty good.. Like campfire food.

It looks nasty but surely it is no worse than pineapple pizza!

I really like pizza and I really like pineapple, but I definitely don't like the two together.

I also don't care for chicken or spinach or most anything else that tree huggers put on pizza.

I don't get all the pizza hate. I've had all kinds of pizza all over the world, and I like lots of them. BBQ, chicken and spinach, alfredo, even had pizza with corn on it and egg cracked onto the top before baking. And yes, pineapple and ham or Canadian bacon is a good combo for me, too.

I don't THINK I would like the kiwi, but then again, who knows? I didn't think I'd like corn on pizza, either, but it was good.

People get too hung up on things, if you ask me.

Both are used in my kitchen depending on which I have to make it. and moms recipe calls for cottage.
They really are almost the same

I strain it with cheese cloth lol
I eat plain cottage cheese in a bowl with pepper on it.
