It seems many of the TV channels have been working on their antennas of late. The channel 43 range of channels would come and go during the day and be off all night. Just the other day it came back strong and full time. Sometimes channels 5.1 and 5.2 will pixilate as we walk around in certain areas of the bedroom beneath the attic mounted antenna. I attribute that to lowered signal strength as they work on their antenna or transmitter in conjunction with our magnetic personalities. :igetit: :rolleyes2 Right now, and for the last couple of months, we haven't been able to receive the channel 62 range of stations. I think they are still on the air because we get notifications on the TV stating "audio only", or "no signal", and sometimes text showing what show is on but no video or sound. I think just be patient. Also, you could call the station and inquire if they are working on their equipment. All that said, the antenna (or one like it) that Dennis recommends is a good choice. We have a similar one, have it aimed at the antenna farm, and our reception is quite good despite being in Kingfisher County west of Cashion and in a relatively low spot. Anecdotally, we have a T-Mobile cell phone and live in one of their dead zones. However, If I go up into the attic, I get good reception. The point being that line-of-sight is relevant regardless if it is a vertical or a horizontal situation. Woody
