His social status in the community has zero about the rule of law that that we commoners have to live by. I don't care about how great his soccer team did, and I don't care about his career.
All I'm saying is that he is in a status level above us that does not allow him to be prosecuted in a court of law while allowing his money and social status to buy him out of a conviction, which it did, and it's not right.

You don't know that. His money may very well be what got him accused in the first place.

Cheating is despicable IMO, but it's not rape.

The whole thing is confusing. One day we're defending the bootstrap thing, and the next we're classists in beads and sandals and Che Guevara t shirts railing against the system that let rich folk get away with anything.

Semen in a ladies pants is evidentiary. Were the two other semen sample donors in her pants accused of rape and what what was their social status in the community and what was their income status is the question I keep asking.
If the other two weren't accused of rape, why was Kobe and then why were the charges dropped, then he paid millions to the person that didn't have enough evidence to prove rape in a court of law?
    Was it on her word?

Because the other two didn't have millions to pay?

I'm not defending the guy, just not sanctioning a guilty verdict on speculation.

There is no speculation. He had sex with her. The semen produced the proof. Two other guys did too. When?
Who was first? Was the first two rape and was it Kobe? Did she agree to the first two and not Kobe?

Accused of rape refused to prosecute by the DA, and then settled in a civil case? Ok.
