Limited out today by 1PM. And tossed 2 back into the lake.
Put the boat in the water 1 .5 hours after sunrise.

Fishing today by myself most of the day.
Buddy showed up and got on the boat at 1 and fished until 4:30 and boated 7 more for him.
Got only 1 on rod and reel the rest were jugs.
I had 9 jugs out

Shad for bait.

Largest was a 27" blue and 2 at 23"
Eggs in some of the blues and eggs in some of the channel catfish.

I would set my jugs and then turn the boat around and run them and they had fish on.
Drift fish for 20 minutes and see one of my jugs bouncing and run them all again and freshen the bait.

If I had more than 9 jugs I could just run start to finish and do that over and over and limit out pretty quick I bet.

I did not put them on a stringer.
I dented their skulls gutted and rinsed them off and into the ice chest they went, layered in ice.
