Larry Cheatham L & L Machine Guns

Bought an NFA item from him last year from Gunbroker. He has never shipped the item. He won’t return calls or emails. Anyone have a line to him? My next step is to contact the ATF and OK Attorney General office. Any help would be appreciated.
