Ok, I have to bring some levity to this. Back when I worked for Smith Tool that built drill bits for the mining and oil patch, there was a nursing home across the street. One day in the threading department, a well dressed guy walked up to some of the machine operators and commented on how good of a job they were doing, walking around to most of the machines. It was common for visitors to come to the plant and we prided ourselves about how clean and open it was to customers. Turned out the guy was a walk off from the memory care unit across the street when a door didn't' close properly. They came looking for him, and helped him back across the street. My FIL is in memory care right now, and has been for a year. There are some seriously messed up minds in that ward. It's tough walking through there as FIL is the last room down that hallway. Won't go into details, but that has to be the toughest job in the world for those that chose that profession. High turnover rate.
