Had the opportunity to go to the gun range today for the first time in seven weeks. Beautiful day with four other fellows who are frequent attendees of our Saturday group. Told them I had been absent from shooting so long that I forgot which way to point the gun before pulling the trigger. That made them keep an eye of me for a while. One fellow had a cool looking Ruger .22 pistol with a copper colored barrel, red dot sight, and suppressor. Once he shot a few times and had it dialed in he was amazingly accurate and you could barely hear it when he shot. I stood out there while the other guys were shooting just looking at the beautiful blue sky and thanking God for the beautiful day and how blessed I was to be out there and able to enjoy the relaxation of being with friends and shooting guns. Today's enjoyment will make it easier to get through busy times at work until we can get out to shoot again.
